Etablissement Scolaire Lucie Berger Grade 3 art projects in 2010 In September we learned about cave painting and created our own Grotte de Lascaux! We used blow-pens and stencils. In October, we went on a photo tour of our local area in Strasbourg (in Petite France). We each took photographs and designed these collages to explore the colours of the buildings. The collages are created with magazine clippings. In December, we made bird masks as part of our preparation for the Christmas celebration in the chapel. The feathers are made with water colours on paper towel.We wore our masks to present a dance, where we were birds sheltering from the winter cold.
