Extra-curricular activities
Wednesday morning arts workshops
Teachers from the bilingual school lead workshops on wednesday mornings (8.30-12 noon). The workshops are taught in French or English according to the nationality of the instructor. Workshops operate in theatre, music, art and dance, culminating in a production at the end of the school year. The workshops are optional, and are at the additional fee of €600 a year.
The Croisillon
The Croisillon (« Crossroads ») association provides a team of youth leaders that are responsible for extra-curricular activities at lunchtime and after school (from 4:30 pm to 6:15 pm). They also welcome students on Wednesdays and at day camps during school vacation (from 8 am to 6 pm).
Along with traditional playtime activities, leaders use their skills to implement cooperative games, arts and crafts, musical and fine arts activities. Leaders with specific skills are also brought in for specific activities.
Fees for lunchtime activities are included in the price of the hot lunch programme. For more information about fees for after school, Wednesday and school vacation activities, please refer to the Croisillon’s fee schedule.

Middle School
A team of youth leaders/educators are responsible for students from 8 am to 6 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays when they do not in class. There is a room in the cafeteria where students can study and play different board or card games. This room is also open for lunch from 12 – 2 pm. Craft and sports activities, as well as dances in the evening, are planned throughout the year.
Three to four foreign students join the core team of leaders each year. These students are part of the European Voluntary Service program (ec.europa.eu/youth/program/sos/vh_evs_en.html). Their input allows students to develop a more international world vision. They propose activities from their home countries and organise a week dedicated to their country’s cultural specificities.
